Our Meadowood chefs present a special menu for the holiday that includes a first and second course served individually, followed by a family-style main course comprised of traditional Christmas dinner favorites.
First Course • Winter Chicories Parsnip, pomegranate or Clam Chowder Yukon Golds, chive oil
Second Course • Seared Scallops Sunchoke, chicken jus or Chestnut Agnolotti Parmigiana-Reggiano, nutmeg
Main Course • Pan-Roasted Red Snapper Fennel, caper butter or Petit Filet Carrot, cumin jus
Dessert • Bûche de Noël Cinnamon, eggnog, crispy meringue or Cranberry Cheesecake Gingerbread, brandy cream, candied orange
Reservations are required, and each party—whether two or ten—will have a table specifically adorned for them.
