  • Bell Person

    The Bell Person is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests and orient them to the property, constantly striving to achieve the Meadowood Mission at all times. Explains hotel facilities and answers any questions the guest may have about the property. Upon escorting the guests to their room, the bellman will take the luggage from the guest vehicle to the room and complete a thorough orientation of the room. This should include, but is not limited to: Layout of the room, light switch locations, TV operation and telephone and voice mail operation. Salary: $17.00-$19.00 pr/hr. DOE + tips

  • Forum Host

    The Host/Hostess welcomes and warmly greets guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Salary: $19.00-$21.00 pr/hr. DOE + tips

  • Front Desk Agent

    The Front Desk Agent is responsible for completing day-to-day activities of the Front Office. Observe and enhance Meadowood’s culture of Service and Forbes Standards in daily operations. Provide gracious hospitality to all guests. Resolve 1st and 2nd level guest problems/complaints. Assist Reception staff with heavy check-ins, check-outs, room moves and billing questions. Ensure that the reception desk is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion at all times. Ensure that supplies, maps, other resources and inventory are properly stocked. Salary: $22.00-$24.00 pr./hr. DOE
